Every Nudi Point product is handcrafted with care - but we know that skincare is personal, and what works beautifully for one person may not be right for another. That is completely okay.
If you are not happy with your purchase, email blair@nudipoint.co.nz and I will do everything I can to help. If we cannot find a solution together, return it within 30 days for a full refund.

HOW TO RETURN
Returns are simple. Email blair@nudipoint.co.nz with your order number and I will guide you through it.

Refunds are for the product cost only - original shipping costs are non-refundable

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility

We recommend using a tracked service for anything over $75 NZD

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days of receiving your return
SOMETHING ARRIVED DAMAGED?
If your order arrived damaged or faulty, please email blair@nudipoint.co.nz with a photo and your order number and I will sort it out for you straight away - no need to return anything.
Please note this policy applies to orders placed directly through nudipoint.co.nz - if you purchased from one of our stockists, please contact them directly and they'll look after you.
