How to Use
Add 3-5 drops to an essential oil diffuser or oil burner as needed.
For bath use, blend 5-8 drops into a tablespoon of carrier oil before adding to the bath - never add undiluted essential oils directly to bathwater.
For massage, blend 3-5 drops into a tablespoon of carrier oil and apply to the skin.
